We produced over 7 minutes of specially commissioned animation, which formed part of a 14 minute documentary on the subject of children whose lives were affected by alcohol. It was broadcast during the World Cup season on CBBC and won a BAFTA for Best Children’s Factual Program.

Following the success of Living with Alcohol we were asked to do another one earlier this year.
Living with Cancer takes a look at the lives of three children who have been affected by the disease and retells their personal stories in an informative, accessible way.

Animation constitutes a large part of the program, for which we supplied a mix of hand drawn and 3D sequences. Other animated sequences were based on photographs supplied by their families.

Living with Cancer aired on Tuesday 29th of March on BBC1 and is also available as an online resource on the Newsround website.
